• 12-week structured training program
• Exercise demonstration videos
• Tracking tools and progression guidelines
• Coaching calls (depending on tier purchased)

3. License and Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may NOT:

• Share, redistribute, or resell the program materials
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Share login credentials or access with others
• Use the materials for commercial purposes without authorization

All content, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, and programming, is the property of High Capacity Engine™ and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments unless otherwise specified.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds after you have accessed the program materials. If you have concerns about whether this program is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

High Capacity Engine™ is for informational and educational purposes only. Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating in physical activity
